Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception (if the box is not intact or shows damage) and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Send us a photo of both the box and the item. Please keep both, as the shipping company may send an employee to inspect the damage.

Returning fragile items

Our ceramics are fragile by nature. When returning an item, please repack it carefully using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials (bubble wrap, foam, etc.). We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, made-to-order pieces)
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; we do not offer store credit for exchanges.

Partial refunds

In cases where an item arrives with minor damage not caused by transit (e.g., a small chip or glaze variation inherent to handmade ceramics), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund rather than a full return, at our discretion. Please contact us with photos so we can assess the situation.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal requests are at the buyer's expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
